Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Delivery

Free standard delivery on all UK orders, usually within 3–5 working days. Every arrangement is handmade to order and carefully packed in our signature luxury packaging. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. International delivery is available: rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

 

Returns – 14 days

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first at studiorchids@hotmail.com to arrange your return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Damaged in transit

If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the arrangement and its packaging. We will cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been processed.

 

Bespoke creations

Items personalised or made to your specification (such as custom colours, bridal bouquets and buttonholes) cannot be returned for a change of mind, unless they are faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are not affected.
